I was introduced to the world of food by my Nonna Marcella as a child. With 25 years of experience in the industry and Nonna's Italian Food Filosofia (philosophy), I would like to share my personal wisdom and knowledge with fellow food enthusiasts.

Trained with some of SA's top Chef's in the industry, 2nd in National Chef competition in 2002, featured twice on Top Billing, Exec Chef at Top 10 Restaurant in SA 2007, Top 10 Cellar Door Restaurant 2009, Best Restaurant in the Middle East 2013, Currently Exec Chef at a Top 20 Winelands Restaurant.
Our story began on a night of a cooking class (hosted by Chef Adrian), which grew into marriage and a partnership.
Our love for food, wine and coversation took us on a journey and evolved into the concept of F.F!
Over time, much Filosofia! of all kinds, has been discussed, none more than food and wine :)
